Reservation Fee Policy
A reservation fee is required to reserve a puppy from our program or to secure a position on our waiting list. This fee confirms a buyer’s serious interest and allows us to plan litters responsibly and place puppies in appropriate homes.
The reservation fee is applied toward the total purchase price of the puppy. It is not an additional fee.
All reservation terms are clearly outlined below and are agreed upon at the time the reservation fee is received.
Reservation Terms
Reservation fees are used to hold a place in selection order for an upcoming litter or to reserve a specific puppy when available.
Reservation positions are generally filled in the order fees are received, unless otherwise specified by the breeder.
If a litter is not produced, does not result in available puppies, or the breeder determines that a puppy is not available for placement, the buyer will be offered the option to:
- Transfer their reservation to a future litter, or
- Receive a refund of the reservation fee.
If a buyer chooses to withdraw from the reservation prior to puppy selection, the reservation fee may be transferable to a future litter at the breeder’s discretion.
Health and Placement Priority
The health and wellbeing of our dogs is always our top priority. In the rare event that a puppy becomes unavailable due to health, development, or breeder evaluation, the buyer will be offered a transfer to a future litter or a refund of the reservation fee.
Final Purchase Agreement
The remaining balance of the puppy purchase price is due at the time of pickup or prior to transport, as outlined in the final puppy contract.
